Peter takes care of Balth when Balth overworks, the same way Balth took care of Peter when Peter stayed out too late--but instead of water and aspirin, Peter gets Balth to take walks or teach him some more ukulele or just snuggle and take a nap

Balth not-so-secretly loves that Rosa and Peter have a sibling-like relationship going on (maybe cousins instead of siblings, but there’s a definite older-relative/younger-relative vibe)

Balthy buys Peter a notebook for more sonnets, half as a joke, and Peter uses it for that exact purpose (not only sonnets, but all Balth-related) until he fills it up--and then he gives it back to Balth, however many years later, as an anniversary present

The kissing, etc, is great, obviously, but what’s more important to both of them is just holding each other

Peter never teases Balth about how long Balth had a crush on him, not once, not ever--but they do talk about it

Balth absolutely teases Peter about how oblivious Peter was

They double-date with Paige and Chelsey occasionally

They team up for Cheer Up Ben duty

What isn’t there to love about three best friends teaming up to spit in the face of discrimination? Gang Orca is quietly a massive fan of the three of them and their little stunt in the sports festival - when unlicensed merch came out a few weeks later he couldn’t help himself. I’m not sure if i gave them a spot for their internship arc but I think it’d be cool if he took all three of them. Move aside Endeavour - these are the three real best hero students!
