The Gahenna was a modified Lucrehulk-class modular control core ship utilized as a scientific research vessel. Dispatched from a secret laboratory on Queyta, the Gahenna drifted throughout the Outer Rim for years, developing a devastating defoliant. It was shot down by Republic forces above Honoghr en route to Naboo, in order to protect the planet, at the expense of the eventual environmental catastrophe that would befall the Noghri world.
