Sheet pan lasagna baked chicken alfredo
I had leftover lasagna noodles but not enough, so I added my leftover papardelle and some ziti. This is perfect for leftover foods you don't want to go to waste.
The most difficult part is the sauce and chicken if you're making it from scratch.
Broccoli, spinach, chicken (cubed or shredded, heavy cream, garlic seasonings, bouillon, water, shredded cheese, parm.
I warmed the heavy cream and added all the things to it to make it taste good.
Break up your noodles. Boil the noodles. Strain them onto an oiled sheet pan toss on your mix-ins. Mix. Spread out. Make sure you have bits sticking up so they get crisp. Top with cheese bake. 375°F for 20-30 minutes or just until the cheese is melted or browned. Serve.
On busy days this makes for a great meal. All you have to do is saute up some chicken and then simmer in the butter chicken sauce. You can add some cream or sour cream if you want a creamier sauce. It’s delicious and as easy as cooking rice.
Meal Planning: 30 minute meals!
The first week of 2017! And, good grief, it couldn’t be busier. Basketball practice is starting up and the boys will be back into the homeshooling routine. This week is all about sticking to the plan and getting all meals done in a short amount of time. All this week I am using recipes that take 30 minutes, or less, to cook. The enchiladas aren’t *technically* 30 minutes but I figured I could throw extra chicken in the oven to cook while I’m making dinner one night and then I could just shred it on the day we actually ate enchiladas!
