A real quick plug:
I started showing Bloodborne to my dear friend @padmabhujaga recently, and we decided to record their reactions & our banter because why the fuck not? I know the world doesn’t really need more lets players out there, but we just felt like saving a little time capsule of our goofs for posterity.
I wish I could say that we spend most of our time talking about Bloodborne from an art & design perspective, but we’re a little too silly to maintain that.
We might end up doing more of these where we sight-see through different games that feature cool monsters, but for now we’re just goofin’ around.
If you can tolerate my cartoonishly scrawny nerd-ass voice, and wanna hear my big gay black friend lose their shit over tons of beautiful monsters, feel free to check it out! I promise it only gets weirder from here.

I mentioned this a few days ago, but lately, I haven’t had time for much of anything. I’m way, way behind on new records, and have been waiting for a window in which I’m clear-headed enough, and have enough time to write about Beach House’s Thank Your Lucky Stars, but that still hasn’t arrived yet.
For now though, I recently helped put together the giant Halloween Issue for my beloved Daily Collegian. For it, I wrote about Lewis’ L’Amour, a record I’ve touched on a little here, but not that often. The more I delve into this record, the more I’m completely fascinated by its dips and swells. I promise that, at some point, I’ll get back to what I usually do.
