Enjoy these easy and quick crepes that are filled with Nutella, bananas, fresh strawberries, whipped cream, and more. Excellent for a tasty breakfast or dessert!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 eggs. 1 1/2 cups milk. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Assorted fillings: Nutella, strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and chocolate sauce.
Instructions: Put the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract in a blender. Use a blender to make the batter smooth. Set a crepe pan or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little butter or cooking spray to make it a little more shiny. Place 1/4 cup of the crepe batter in the hot pan and swirl it around to cover the bottom in a thin layer. When the bottom is golden brown and the edges start to lift, it's done cooking. Use a spatula to carefully flip the crepe over and cook the other side for another minute or two. Take the crepe out of the pan and set it on a plate. Do the same thing with the rest of the batter, adding more cooking spray or butter to the pan as needed. It's time to fill the crepes after they are all cooked! Cover each crepe with Nutella or any other filling you like. Top with banana and strawberry slices and a dollop of whipped cream. In order to make a triangle, fold the crepes in half and then in half again. You can also roll them up. If you want, you can sprinkle powdered sugar on top and drizzle chocolate sauce over the top. Enjoy your tasty homemade crepes with a variety of fillings while they are still warm.
