Ingredients: 1 cup roasted hazelnuts. 1 cup pitted dates. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons espresso powder. Pinch of salt. Optional: shredded coconut or cocoa powder for coating.
Instructions: Put roasted hazelnuts, dates with the pits taken out, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Mix it until it turns into a sticky dough-like substance. Make little balls out of the mixture that you can eat. You can coat the balls in shredded coconut or cocoa powder if you want to.
