Tex and CT, in which CT lives and they meet again.
I’ve been saving this in my inbox for 3 years, believe it or not, but the fic I started based on this prompt has grown into a longfic, because of course it has. This is the fic I referred to in my post of a few moments ago called The Mercy in Deathlessness. As usual I have a growing playlist for this fic, and this is the song the title comes from: “Deathlessness” by Andrew Jackson Jihad.
