✨Inner peace✨ the only place we can truly rest and feel safe. I have found peace in practicing gratitude because it reminds me to pay attention to the small things, the magic around me. I struggled for years to meditate as you can imagine entrepreneurs are always running, moving, thinking. I started to remember to take 10 min, every time I feel stress, negativity, to remember what I am grateful for. I repeat this until I calm, find my center and then move forward with the things I need to do. Practice gratitude no matter how difficult it can be sometimes, it helps you to center and be present.
