And yet another convenience store located in a low income food desert that posts a minimum purchase requirement to use a credit/debit card, which is expressly forbidden in their merchant agreement with the issuing credit card companies.  Illegal practice that no one ever questions.  I told the cashier that requiring a minimum purchase was illegal and he pointed to the sign and said "We have a sign."  I said posting it doesn't make it less illegal, and explained that the merchant agreement that the owner signed in order to be able to accept Visa, Mastercard, or any others have a policy in the contract that they cannot require a minimum purchase (they also cannot require you to show an ID that matches the credit card, also a discriminatory practice).  He told me I was wrong.  So I left the store, and sat in my car while I called the credit card agencies to report them. Poor selection, inflated prices, layer of dust on everything.  One of the last places in town that are still trying to unload their old FUSER Bars that don't sell.  I knew the guy who developed those things in 2006 and drove around the Hummer with "FUSER BAR" on it, and I'm pretty sure he stopped making them a while ago.  Plus, they were such a niche product (a micro bar to increase mental focus for athletic endeavors) that I really don't know how they ended up with them.  They also have a delightful display of porn with no images on the boxes, just single words like "BLACK" and "ASIAN" and "ORAL."
