Lavender Meringue Pie 🍋 At first I wasn't sold on this because I'm not a fan of lavender but I'm so glad and grateful for Toby's welcome gift 🎉🎉🎉 this was so good and I definitely liked this better than Oolong Collins (also good but on the basic side of the cocktail spectrum at Quinary) . . . . The top layer is a sweet marshmallow foam over limoncello and lavender Tanqueray gin that Quinary REDISTILLED THEMSELVES.
