quirkyduo are like siblings that found each other later in life. they looked at each other for the first time and saw mirrors in each others eyes

my favorite detail abt nikis bday party is this is the only time we see cwilbur without people who look up to him - and he's drunk, he's vaping and smoking.

it implies that cwilbur had destructive habits that hid from people like ctubbo & ctommy in his time in pogtopia, it makes me wonder what he did when they weren't around

people misinterpret the standing on a block thing a-lot i feel.

its not about superiority over ctubbo, at least not in the way some people suggest. he doesnt think he’s better than ctubbo, he thinks he NEEDS to be tubbos superior, that thats what tubbo wants from him. its the only way he can be listened to or that he has value. we’ve seen this from all the way back in l’manburg.

we see him struggle with his words and ideas until he’s on a block above, like an actor struggling at an audition but nailing the performance on stage. but at the end of the stream, he gets off his block, literally and metaphorically. he gives tubbo the presidency, gets on equal footing and lays himself bare with an apology. he isn’t expecting acceptance (and he even questions it when he gets it) but he’s letting himself be (mostly) real with tubbo, mr.president to mr.president.

Equals.

because he knows Tubbo will be okay. He knows he can handle it. He’s a good kid and he’ll be the best damn president. He doesn’t need Wilbur, even if he forgave him even if he wants him. Wilbur can leave and he’ll be okay, he knows he will.
