The one that isn't always mentioned when you think of the fruits of the spirit, yet, without it, it's so much more difficult to demonstrate the other 8. I wanted to tell you guys a little bit about my former self... Person 1. She had zero self control. She ate Mcdonalds every other day. She had ZERO fruits and vegetables ever (they tasted nasty to her). She ate a dessert after every meal (you can have dessert after breakfast right??). She felt no energy or motivation. There wasn't joy, peace, patience. She was irritable. She was always hungry. She was always tired. Always in pain. And frustrated with it all. Then came this little #pinkdrink....💗 Person 2 is motivated. Energized. Full of life. Hopeful. Excited. Disciplined! Person 2 has self control. Personal 2 has joy, peace, patience, LOVE. Love for herself!🙋🏻 Person 2 doesn't take medicine. Person 2 doesn't eat processed sugar or fast food... Like ever. Not because she can't... But because she doesn't need to. Person 2 is going to a boot camp tonight (what????)! Maybe you are person 1...
