85. Are you patient?
That honestly depends on the situation and the person. At work I can be very patient because it’s my job so I can manage to reign in my frustration a little better. In my normal day to day life encountering people? Not nearly as patient. Especially when driving. Best could tell you stories about me and my road rage.

1. What do you do with your sadness? I think, with sadness, as with water, leaving it stagnant does nothing but create a breeding ground for pests. I take my misery on walks. I seat it down on the carpet and talk to it. I make it write for me. We hold hands. Sometimes, it grasps my fingers so tightly that they begin to ache. I let them. I wait for the redness to fade from my skin. I let my sadness all the way up to my mouth-- I let it breathe, I let it out.
2. Where does your poetry come from? I lay out traps in my mind. Whatever thought gets its leg caught in one becomes a poem.
