the 1 bar of 9/8 before :27 could just be interpreted as still 6/8 but a hold/slowdown before it kicks in I guess too but it happens to line up exactly with 9/8 so I count it as that myself.
there’s other ways you could write this out (like splitting the 6/8 into 3/8+3/8 or whatever at some points, stuff like that, or writing at double tempo & all the ways that affects the timesigs, etc) but this is what makes most sense to me right now.
