SW5W Sticker Shop

Hey everyone, I'm happy to announce I've opened up an Etsy shop, SW5W Sticker Shop, with some fun astromech stickers I've been working on. These are the first three but I'll be making more coming soon, along with some of the symbols I've done for Star Wars Iconography.

The stickers are 3" tall and 2-1/4" wide so I think they're a pretty good size to put on your laptop or water bottle or whatever else you like to stick stickers to!

We've got the most famous astromech droid of them all, R2-D2; the black-shelled astromech R2-Q5 seen aboard the second Death Star; and the brave QT-KT who served in D-Squad during the Clone Wars!

I’ve been toying with the Dark Side this evening. Say hello to BB-9E and R2-Q5, First Order droids by Sphero! We have a tiny containment area for them. But it looks like BB-9E is capable of rolling on carpet... the cat is in for some fun.

Wer lieber eine finstere Variante des R2-D2 wünschst, darf sich freuen: Der R2-Q5 wird bald als Roboter erscheinen. Günstig ist das „Star Wars“-Gadget allerdings nicht.

Orbotix legt sich passend zum nächsten „Star Wars“-Kinofilm echt ins Zeug: Nach dem R2-D2 und dem BB-9E erscheint mit dem R2-Q5 ein weiterer Roboter, den ihr via App (iOS, Android) kontrollieren dürft. Der Droide des Imperiums ist in der Lage, durch Sensoren auf eure Anwesenheit zu reagieren. Er verfügt natürlich über authentische LEDs, besitzt einen Lautsprecher und eine Hologramm-Simulation. In der App werden holografische Bilder und Videos präsentiert – natürlich passend zum „Star Wars“-Thema.

R2-Q5 als Roboter

Wie auch schon beim R2-D2 und dem BB-9E sollt ihr gemeinsam mit dem R2-Q5 sämtliche „Krieg der Sterne“-Episoden schauen. Dann kommentiert der Bot das Geschehen sogar. Preislich müsst ihr mit um die 200 US-Dollar bzw. Euro rechnen, obwohl er technisch dem BB-9E vermutlich sehr ähnlich ist. Und wahrscheinlich ist er mit dem Sphero R2-D2 identisch. Einzig vom Stormtrooper Robot kann er sich deutlich unterscheiden, aber das ist ja klar.
