oh man i just saw this! i don’t know how long it’s been sitting here but here we go because i like to share happy things:

1. notorious rbg

2. earl grey. hot.

3. hanging with my family.

4. receiving honest to god mail. tangible paper products in my physical mailbox brought to me by the postal service. (sending it also pleases me.)

5. my own handwriting. /ego

Oooh. Ok…

Cuddly kitties! I love it when my boys aren’t demanding food and just want to sit here quietly with me, purring.

Bubble baths. I’m a bath kind of girl. I find them a lovely way to warm up (or in summer, cool off) and just relax.

Reading in said bubble bath. Or outside of bubble bath. I can’t seem to read anything terribly taxing anymore, but there’s very little better than settling down with a light, pulpy book and just devouring it.

Otters and cuttlefish. I know I could have put them separately and cheated my way out of this, but they’re both awesome animals. Though maybe not together - I suspect one might eat the other, and that would be a sad thing.

Cuddling up under a blanket on the couch. In fact, that’s where I am right now as I type this, complete with cuddly kitties.

Dash Brolen!

He’s one of my favorites! He’s a adorable, gentle giant! I love that he’s like a big brother to Naya, he’s protective but also teases her about Stiv. Like Naya he’s also self-conscious so he knows what that is like and he’s very supportive. I love that he loves poetry! Flirting Dash makes me smile! I need more Dash on my dash.
