Ryland Imagine-Only ones (part 1)

This imagine is based off my experience with Ryland and my concert in which it is based of my meet and greet with Ryland as well.

Fun fact: Me, my sister and dad were the only one who bought his meet and greet for Albuquerque.

As myself, my dad and sister walked up to the meet and greet line to check in, my heart fluttered. This was my first R5 concert and I never thought I would actually finally get to see them in person. I was also very lucky to have gotten my hands on meet and greet passed thanks to my mom, who got them as a late birthday gift. I went over to the sign in and  I asked the lady, “I am here to check in for the Ryland meet and greet...?”” “Oh so your the family who gets to hang out with Ryland alone!”  I stared at her and then asked, “Um, I thought it was sold out..?” She giggled and said, “No you were the only ones who bought his meet and greet! Come back at 4:30 and we’ll bring you back.” 

As we walked away, I tried not freaking out. Ryland was my favorite since the beginning I had discovered R5. I waited 4 years for a experience like this, and I never thought it would happen. R5 would pass us by tour after tour, year after year and they would skip over {Y/TN}, and each time I would be disappointed, along with my sister. As we waited in a sitting area, we could hear R5 sound checking. I also noticed that security left the door to the stage venue open, which I immediately rushed too. I got to see Rocky performing “Things Are Looking Up”. I was in a pure blissful moment. I continued watching their soundcheck till I heard two familiar voices come up behind me and ask “Aren’t you the girl who has the meet and greet for Ryland?” The familiar voices were Andre and Marks. I replied, “Oh yes, let me get my dad and sister.” 

This was the path to a unforgettable night. 

( I only wrote this because I was completely bored out of my wits today and wanted to upload a imagine because why not? There will be a part 2, just not sure when!)

Attention imagine seekers!

Hey guys, it's Robs. I just wanted to say how sorry I am for not posting and I promise there's no excuse. In truth I did put this blog on the back burner because of school and didn't really come around to getting back into it. I get back to Montreal on Saturday and will be writing imagines either on that same day or on Sunday. I promise that you have my word, and I hope that that still means something to any of you. I can try to edit some from this tablet but I won't make any promises just yet, the last one I wrote on this thing was a disaster--full of typos!

Ellington- you meet R5

“Are you sure I look alright?” You ask your boyfriend of 3 months as you get out of the car. “Babe, you look perfect” Ellington reassures you with a warm smile. You blush and smile back. He always has the ability to make you feel better about yourself.

You and Ell walk up to the door. He walks right in and you follow him sheepishly. “Guys?!?!” Ell calls out. “Down here, Ell!” You hear a girl call up. Ellington leads you down to the basement, which is also packed full of musical equipment. “Oh my gosh you must be (Y/N)!” Rydel exclaims excitedly, hugging you. You nervously hug her back a little, not used to physical contact but liked it nonetheless. “I’m Rydel” she informs you, pulling back. Ah. You remember Ellington telling you he used to have a crush on her. You don’t blame him- she’s really pretty. You glance at Ellington nervously before you get pulled to the sofa. “Names Lynch. Rocky Lynch” Rocky says flirtatiously. You blush a little as Riker hits Rocky over his head. The rest of R5 introduce themselves and you find yourself feeling comfortable as you get to know them all. Ellington sits next to you as the Lynch’s mess around and your boyfriend puts an arm around your shoulders. He kisses your cheek softly. “Thank you” he whispers into your ear. “This means a lot to me” “I’m not doing anything. Not really” you tell him honestly, unsure of what he’s thankful for. “You are. You’re being yourself. You’re showing them all the reasons that I love you” he replies. You blush brightly when he says those words. He leans in again and whispers “I love you, (Y/N)” I to your ear. “I love you too” you whisper back. “I really do.” Ell grins at you and pulls you up off the sofa. You dance to a Dark Horse by Katy Perry with the rest of the band. You can feel yourself fitting in nicely. And after all, it’s for a good cause. You always like making Ell happy whenever you can. ((A/N- took me a while but it’s here :) ))

Ross- you have an argument with your mom.

You ring him while she’s slamming mugs down on the surface. He doesn’t answer the first time. Your heart sinks.

The one time you need him, he’s not here. He’s on tour. Of course he’s on tour, where else would he be? In freaking London!!!

“(Y/N)!” Your mother yells. She’s now at the bottom of the stairs but you don’t reply, nor do you make any movement to open the door and talk to her. You hear her sigh and walk away. She never fights for you anymore. It’s like she stopped caring. You know why.

You ring him again and this time, he picks up. Only, it’s not him. “Honey?” Stormie answers “is everything alright?” She asks kindly. You shake your head and swallow the lump in your throat. “Uh- no” you admit “is Ross there?” You ask quietly, the tears swelling up in your eyes again. “I’m sorry Sweetie, he’s on stage. What’s wrong?” “It doesn’t matter” you reply immediately “it can wait. Can you get him to ring me back if he’s not too tired after?” “What’s wrong, (Y/N)? You sound like you’ve been crying” she states. Your eyes flicker to the pictures on your bedside cabinet- one of you and Ross and the other of you and your mom. You bite the inside of your cheek before answering. “I’m fine” you lie. *9 minuets later*

After you hang up to Stormie, all you could do was cry. Now, the phone rings. You look, checking it wasn’t your mother, and see its Ross. “Babe?” He says as soon as you answer “what’s wrong?” “Ross, nothing’s wrong. Why aren’t you on stage?” “Mom was worried about you. What happened?”

You sigh “that can wait, Ro-” “Tell me” he demands “or I swear, I’ll cancel this whole tour and fly back out tonight” You sigh again, knowing that you’ll give in to him. You always do. “It’s… Stupid. I shouldn’t of rang you” you admit. “Well you did. Tell me” he says, almost begging. “I had a fight with my mom” you tell him quietly “I… I think she’s going to kick me out…” “Well you can come stay with us. No big deal, right?” He says. You hear the smile in his voice and you smile at the thought. Staying with them wouldn’t be so bad… “But you’re on tour” “How fast can you get to the airport?” He asks you. You giggle, thinking he’s joking. "I don't know. Two hours?" You reply, your tone teasing. There's a slight pause and voices in the background. "There's a flight in three hours" he tells you. "Pack some stuff, get a cab. Riker's e-mailing you the information". Your eyes go wide when you process what he just said. "What? Ross I-" "Don't you have packing to do?" He asks. You sigh, knowing it's best not to argue with him. "I'll see you in 15 hours" "I love you, Ross" you say simply. "I love you too, (Y/N)".

Riker- what he loves the most.

Riker loves your playfulness. He loves giving it when you’re just walking and you give him a little shove. He loves the grin on your face and the glint in your eye when you’ve just done something.

He loves pulling pranks on you. You’re always so shocked when he manages to pull it off. Of course, you get him back for it. But he loves that too.

He loves dancing for you. And he loves it when you try to learn the dance. It never works and you end up on your butt, both of you laughing.

But he loves the sensitive side of you too. He knows you don’t like the way you look. He knows you don’t like much about yourself. But he loves cheering you up over a warm cup of hot chocolate. He loves letting you sit on his lap while you play with his hair.

And he loves you. He loves you more than he wants to. But he does. He really, really loves you. And his love is the best.
