1. Yes, Nazli, your new family is a bunch of lunatics. No, I don’t mean Savas, who is remarkably functional, considering. Take your new step daddy. What kind of crazy adult picks a fight with a kid young enough to be his son screaming at him that he’s insane and his mom killed herself in front of him as a small kid and it’s his fault. Why? Because he’s pissed Savas tried to take Nazli to meet her birth dad per Nazli’s request. Like - the hell?!
2. I like Nazli, but she just never thinks before she acts, which is occasionally endearing, but sometimes leads to trouble. Though I suppose being a part of this insane dysfunctional family Savas needs someone as unconventional and ballsy as her in his corner.
3. Rage! Savas was going to leave after that insane fight, bit Nazli begged him not to, because she hates people she cares for to leave her, so he totally stayed (and even gave her his bike keys as proof) and so what reward did he get? Next morning, his adopted mom (about which more below) had him committed.
4. So, let me get this straight - Haluk, a grown man, is so pissed Savas interacted with his stepdaughter in a way he doesn’t like (with the bio dad thing), he had Savas committed to a psych ward?!? And his charming adoptive mother is all “sure, I will sign off, though I know my kid is totally fine, because otherwise Haluk will make my life unpleasant.” Why are all the adults in this (except for Gunes) so unrelentingly awful. I hope they die horrible deaths.
5. So, Haluk beats his bio son so badly the doc (called for a different reason) pointed all the scars and bruises out and said that the kid needed a psych eval if he was doing that degree of self-harm to himself (which of course Haluk vetoes) and had his adopted nephew committed to a psych war for no reason. He used to beat up his ex wife and bullies his sister. If I were his new wife and her daughters, I’d be freaking freaking very careful.
