Drivers meet
A soft paw ran along the green paint on the metal. Chuck had told him that a lot of things were different, but this was one thing that he knew was constant. The lime green machine that was built for speed and combat.
Mike had walked into the garage and expected to see a car. Of course there was a car. Every Mike Chilton had a car. He just hadn't expected this Mutt to look so... bubbly.
She looked a lot like a strange sort of rocket ship that someone had flattened and pushed over to lay on the ground instead of sticking up into the air. He followed the soft curves with his fingers. It was so strange. He was used to the squares that Mutt usually had. This felt like an opposite. The car was beautiful and yet so different.
He stopped to peek inside the windshield. There was a small dog figurine on the dashboard. Oh yeah. This was Mutt alright. The rabbit perked his ears up as the door creaked.
