Squad Goals Complete. Back to work today after the most amazing 3 day trip to the lake district with the crew. Day 1 - 10km fell run race around a castle with a hog roast and caleigh. Day 2 - all the food and trip on the Larl ratty. Day 3 - bike ride over Honnister and Winlatter Passes in the glorious sunshine. Loved every minute with the best mates ever! Also... Articulate.
