Actress Rachel Lutrell has been cast as Rosie in Arrow Ep. 4x14 “Code of Silence”
We don’t know if it is just a coincidence but there is a Rosie in the comics and she is the Team leader of the villain group Demolition Team.
Rosie used to run a bar in New Orleans, Rosie’s, before leading a team of mercenaries called the Demolition Team. They appear for the first time as having been hired by Congressman Jason Bloch to destroy Ferris Aircraft/Los Angeles. (ComicVine.com)
