don't get mad at somebody because of their insecurities

don't get mad at somebody with insecurities just because you had a bad day and you're taking it out on them

it is not fair to the person who has those insecurities because odds are they are trying very hard and it is not helpful to their mental or emotional states when somebody gets mad at them for not being perfect.
