Tried cheat shrugs for the first time today.
It was fun! Getting the form down will take a little bit, but other than that, I really like it. The sensation of weight violently crashing down trying to pull your arms off feels great. It will be a nice movement to rotate with my rack pulls.
Deciding to go for a boxing day PR on rack pulls. Maybe I'm mad but I'm feeling it. I learned the "crush oranges in your armpits" cue and that seems to have stopped that "spine ripping" feeling I was getting with these.
