Me, currently.
This was inspired by @bbjkrss-blog’s most recent radarhunnihawk fic. I couldn’t get the image of potential siblings for Erin out of my head ☺️

It’s fall semester of 1968 and Erin Hunnicutt is FINALLY a high school senior and thus (because her Dad PROMISED PROMISED PROMISED) she gets to drive herself to school IN THE MUSTANG. The girls in varsity cheer are going to SHIT.
She also has to drive by the post office and get those application requests mailed, TODAY. Barnard of Columbia FIRST, then Sarah Lawrence, then Vassar as her top 3, then the Massachusetts schools… and maybe Stanford. But if she can land Stanford, she’s absolutely getting into Beloved Barnard! Dad wants her to go to Stanford, OF COURSE. Mama gets it, and Walt too. And Hawk. Her passion is women’s studies, and dammit she wants to go to New York!!! Barnard or BUST!!!
Speaking of Hawk, he’s going to be devastated, but she’s going to talk to her advisor before class about dropping tennis. She can’t do cheer AND tennis AND surf club AND test prep for finals and pre-admissions. And she has no plans to play tennis in college so. Something has to give. And she can’t abandon her cheer squad in her LAST YEAR, they’ve all been together since JV! Yes, Hawk is so into it and loves practicing with her, but they can still play together on Sundays!! Poor Papa Bird 😭☹️
But forget tennis, it’s almost 7:15!! First she has to kiss her sweet little baby sister, Miss Amy O’Reilly-Hunnicutt, goodbye before Mama drops her off at Oak Grove Elementary School (go acorns!!)
Unfortunately, Erin agreed to drop her DIPSHIT BROTHER (😤) Danny Pierce-Hunnicutt and his weird gross friend that lives next door off at Mill Valley Junior High before she makes her Class of ‘69 debut at Mill Valley Senior High 💅
It’s going to be the BEST YEAR EVER!!
PEACE!! ✌️☮️🏄🏼♀️🏝️
