☁🌈Rebirth Garments creates custom clothing for bodies of all abilities and genders. It is a brand that is very active in the queercrip community and particularly supportive of POC voices. The owner/head designer and I have become friends, and after I started getting to know them and their work, it became clear that Rebirth Garments worked best for my body and identity as a disabled, nonbinary, person of colour. ☁🌈 Sky works harder than most people. It is a rare moment they are not creating, not pushing for more. They care immensely about queer, disabled, youths of colour, and ushering them into success. Sky is a person who collaborates with other businesspeople, they mentor students, and they create an impeccable product, unlike anything I have ever seen or physically experienced. ☁🌈When you wear one of their custom garments, for the first time, you start to feel right in your body and mind. Not to mention, you will be more comfortable than you will ever believe. You dress these outfits up, and then you can sleep in them. It's a surreal thing. ☁🌈This week, I will be emptying out my drawers and packing away a lot of my clothes. I will not be needing most of it anymore. This is mostly all I want to wear from here on out. If you are like me, you might also feel the same. #rebirthgarments #radicalvisibility #frillability #makegoodwithyourability #queercrip #disability #chronicillness #femmesofcolorvisibility #nonbinary #queer #chronicallyfabulous #ootd #disabledandcute #wheelchairfashion #spoonie #wheelchairuser #actuallyautistic #klippeltrenaunaysyndrome #crps (at Chicago, Illinois)
