WTF is wrong with my knee.
Also forgot to mention my radiculitis came back like a week and a half ago so is probably never going away I guess. It's been like 9 months now.
Not even my eyebrows made it through today
The proper term is lumbar "radiculitis" - inflamed nerve root, due to compression from my stupid bulging disc.
Mal is right. I'm going to go back to full protocol, (maybe I had slipped up on it a little after I THOUGHT I COULD FINALLY LIVE NORMALLY AGAIN). And just 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞 it works.
You know what seemed to work last time, after six months of this protocol did nothing? The fucking paragard insertion fiasco. My PT agreed that whacked out hormones+insane bloating (and maybe a insane amounts of Advil) could very well have been just what my spine needed, because it prevented me from bending over or bearing down... BUT I'M OBVIOUSLY NOT GOING TO DO THAT AGAIN, SO...
