Start by lunging with one leg froward and one back, allow your back knee to gently rest on the ground. Begin with your hands on the ground framing your front foot, and then if your comfortable you can lift them in to the air, rest them on your front knee, or place them on the back of your hips or lifted to the sky (like I have done here). Check-in, what's working and what's not? How can you adjust, modify, or use props to make this a comfortable shape? .
