Guilty Bestie - Dorothy & Raegar

It seemed liked time had been speeding by faster and faster these days, and as Dorothy headed over to Raegar’s apartment, she couldn’t help but feel a wee bit on the guilty side. She knew she needed to do a better job minding her time, but she was just not used to working two busy jobs. Especially since she had been promoted.
As she finally scurried up to her best friend’s doorway, she gave a little knock before she resumed hugging tightly to Fern. She didn’t think he would be mad, but she still felt bad nonetheless. At least they could sit down and catch up, since she happened to find a spare afternoon. She just hoped that everyone would be okay holding down the fort at work without her today.
As soon as the door opened, she smiled shyly up at Raegar, waving to him with Fern’s hand as she spoke through the doll:
“Good afternoon, Rae! Dorothy’s sorry for not coming by sooner! Are you free to have tea together?”
