Rae Morris - Do You Even Know? [Official Video]:
Do you even know,
Just found this. At the Arches in Glasgow, the last time I saw you Rae, hard to believe it was 8 months ago! Anyway believe it or not this is actually a fair sized room full of people not even breathing because they are totally entranced. You could hear a pin drop if you had one. It’s rare to see a live gig where nobody makes a sound when the artist is performing because EVERYBODY is too busy listening. Particularily in a licensed venue in Scotland lol. I guess I’m not the only one who gets transported somewhere by this remarable young lady’s music. But they do make a lot of (appreciative).noise the instant they’re sure the song’s finished.Hopefully it won’t be too long before you come north again Ms Morris, you know the kettles always on,.Nx
Absolutely stunning vocal, especially considering it’s being recorded in a caravan in a field in the highlands. But my favourite moment is right at the end of the clip when you are treated to the most beautiful smile I’ve ever seen. Like the song and the singer its a thing of joy and beauty.
Beautiful girl, beautiful spirit, beautiful voice, beautiful song. Everytime I hear this it takes me to a different place, somewhere peaceful and safe and warm and always leaves me with a smile. Such a rare gift Rae, to take me away from all the worries in my world , every time I hear you play.it is genuinely a joy to me , because every time I hear you sing I know it’s genuinely a joy to you to be doing so. And it’s a wonderful thing to share this magic thats in your music. Thank you. NX
