I have sunk into another fandom hole. I’m currently reading the second book in the Angelfall trilogy and I’m obsessed.

There’s a lot that kind of bothers me (like her being ”so small” but easily fights people thrice her size. I know she’s trained, but please. In one chapter she literally says she’s 100 pounds. Shut up.) but it’s entertaining!

In my head Penryn looks like Arden Cho, and I’m still trying to find a real headcanon for Raffe. I love them

Ok, so I read Angelfall and World After (waiting for End of Days to be delivered rn) and like

I know the fandom for it is already small, but no one really latched onto Josiah like I did, eh?

Like, he was in a few chapters of the first book, was mentioned ONCE in the second, and now I'm just hoping we'll see him back in number 3.

But, like, I love him cause he's just some guy. He's part of the warrior angels, he's a bit lonely because he look fucking weird, but the also just acts like an exasperated sibling towards Raffe when they pull him aside. He just wants to do what is asked of him, have a good time with his buddies, and not have any drama.

I think what I'm saying is that he is just a regular dude, but with the backdrop of angels and the apocalypse and it's so fucking funny to me

In general, I would love to see some more of Raffe's backstory. More of the Angel-crew, so to speak. Again, I'm guessing some of my questions will at least be answered, if not explored, in End of Days, but still.
