A small smile flickered at the edge of her lip as Selina waited for the reply. Only the sound of a distant siren broke the subdued atmosphere on the rooftop, steam drifting up through a vent as she paused to take a deep breath of the warm summer air, thick and humid. But even now, even in the summer, Gotham still felt as if it had a permanent chill in the air. The smile turning into a small grin, Selina stretched her arms up above her head, flexing her neck from side to side slowly as her fingers grasped at the moonlight.
