Do you see the plants in your garden having hypnotic properties? 🌱🌳🌾🍄🌷🌻

I do, of course! That was one of the first things the lovely @qualifiedcutie mentioned about the garden <3

Some of them smell heavenly and leave you feeling a little dizzy and docile. Others have such a unique coloration that you can't help but stare for awhile, delightfully transfixed. Maybe some have patterns that...Move? Or is that your imagination? Better look closer, just to see...

There are others that can be harvested for a sweet nectar that works like an aphrodisiac, and others with vines that are almost furry and tickle against the skin as they bind you and make you laugh your thoughts away.

Each plant responds well to my magic. My voice encourages them to bloom, my touch helping them grow bigger. My hands in the earth provides better nutrients.

Even the edible plants grow to taste much better than any silly human food. Not that foolish travelers would realize, though...Once you eat food or take a drink in the Fae Realm, you can't leave~.

The British native Silene flos-cuculi (ragged-robin) is found in the wild and cultivation in marshes, pond edges and riverbanks as it is ideal for a damp, sunny site. The flowers of this herbaceous perennial are an important source of nectar for butterflies and long-tongued bees.

If your hypnotic powers were connected with one of the four elements, which would you like to have? (Fire magic that can catch someone under a spell when they watch it burn and glow, water powers that can entrance people through rain, drinking, etc., the power to simply entrance someone by carrying your voice on the wind, the ability to use crystals from the earth to put people under your spell… or however you might envision elemental hypnotic powers to manifest!)

How could I CHOOSE, all of these are so romantic and lovely and mesmerizing!!

I really like candle/fire-based inductions...That was the first way I was ever hypnotized when I was still a switch, so they have a soft spot in my heart~

I like water too, enchanting it to have different effects and melting people in all these fun ways...Or a glowing, magical pool of water that lures people in so they're submerged and literally "brainwashed..."

Wind is pretty cliche considering the last things I answered about liking my voice a lot, but I also like the thought of carrying scents on the wind, or the different temperatures being able to "freeze" thoughts or make people feel more cozy w/ warm breezes...

And crystals!!! man!!! I'm pastelPENDANT for a reason of course I want magical pretty crystals I can summon from the ground at any time!!!

I think if you held me at gunpoint I would choose water...But they're all good.

honestly? I like vampires for their hypnotic powers, but the thought of being a ghost is even more appealing

I'd love to possess a subject and make them do whatever I wanted while they stay trapped in their own mind and watch me...Or better, find themselves more and more willing to follow the suggestions I speak into their mind until I become their subconscious, the voice they consult before every decision because they're so helplessly dependent on what I have to say

poor thing, can't think for yourself, that's why I'm here to make you do what's right~. Oh? You like being used as a puppet? Then maybe you should give me more control so I can show you just how fun this can really be...~?
