I swear sometimes searching for fandom things makes me want to lose it.
Let me explain something...
When I search idiocracy, I'm looking for the movie, not your political whining! "Obama this! Trump that! Trudeau this! Bush that! Clinton this!" I'm. Not. Listening. I'm looking for the movie's fandom. I'm looking for folks writing fanfics. I'm looking for cosplays. I'm looking for fan art. I am not looking for posts about how Trump is shoving Mexican children up the assholes of endangered seals and is coming to beat you to death with it!
When I search "Freedom Call," I'm looking for the band fandom stuff. There is a band called Freedom Call. I like their music FAR more than I like you. Understand? I don't care about you or your supposed struggles, real or imagined, I want the band's fandom. I'm not here to save your ass from whatever political boogeyman. I'm looking for the band's fandom.
AND WHEN I WANT TO FIND AN IMAGE TO REACT TO NOT BEING ABLE TO FIND FANDOM STUFF BY SEARCHING "HATRED TRAILER .GIF," I DO NOT MEAN YOUR REACTIONS! IF YOU DIDN'T FUCK THIS UP, THIS POST WOULD LITERALLY JUST BE "WHEN YOU SEARCH A FANDOM BUT IT'S COVERED IN POLITICS" ACCOMPANIED WITH SAID IMAGE!
I'm calling for Separation of Fandom and State! Nobody should have to be driven to the point of wanting to climb a clocktower with a grenade launcher, an RPG, six smgs, an AK-47, an M1 Garand, and a paddle ball just because they wanted to find My Little Pony fandom stuff and got Marine Le Pen posts instead!
