I’ve come to have a real problem with the logical/sensitive dichotomy. Why on earth wouldn’t critical thinking lead to greater sensitivity? Why can’t you show you care by treating someone reasonably? Most platforms that lack empathy also lack critical thinking. It is in fact possible to be both hurtful and stupid. Read a book, damnit.

HEY HEY YOU! Did you know that in my country foster mothers do not get maternity leave? That’s right. They do not get maternity leave. Not in an emergency, not for a newborn baby who, five minutes ago, was an unborn baby whose rights were being paraded for. I feel I must repeat myself. Such a child will not have the care of a parent on paid leave.

Did you also know that until they do, I don’t wanna hear about how a democratic-socialism is killing babies?

I'm really thinking of leaving tumblr because of these raging feminist and raging liberals who think their opinions are the only ones that matter and then go on about saying how they are open and liberal. The immense amount of logic they think they have. Going to stick to my opinions and also have an ear to listen to others. I may disagree but at least I am not a hypocrite.

  "Misinformation" is a fancy word for lying with an ideological agenda in mind. It has become more acceptable and more influential with the rise of partisan media. It preys on the gullible and the stupid and the ditto-head alike.
