Today was the day for a Hero WOD!
WOD "Rahoi" AMRAP for 12 minutes of: 12 box jumps 6 thrusters (40/30 kg) 6 bar facing burpees
Result 6 rounds (no more, no less)
Comments Evil on the condition and I have none.
Strength front squats 8 - 5 - 3 - 1
Result 8x50 - 8x70 - 3x90 - 1x110
Comments Started perhaps too low. Did an attempt to 1RM at 110 kg, but didn't have the strength and/or the balance to push it up from the deep squat.
