There were some rumors of human trafficking in the village she was currently passing through. It was the exchange of whispers & murmurs, the eyeing of the villagers that’d caught her attention. Even one of the citizens would call her out & warned her not to stay out in the open. But the girl just smiled & continued to carry on, obviously not BOTHERED nor worried. 

Though as time passed & skies darken, she’d eventually lose her way. It’s strange, the streets were emptied so quickly. Kristen was given no time to ponder.

A rough tug at her arm is what brought her back from thought. Making her stumble before looking up to see a tall man & the way he was eyeing her wasn’t very pleasant. It was more CREEPY than anything else. 

‘E—Excuse me... ’ The brunette spoke, clearing her throat & regaining her posture. ‘Will you please let go of my arm—- ’ In an attempt to escape, she’d pull her arm back but alas, the man’s grip wouldn’t budge. If anything, it only TIGHTEN.

   The day was hot and stuffy. However a cooling breeze had picked up, offering some relief from the heat. Currently the heir of the Sohma clan lay half out her window, she didn’t like the wind, but she hated the heat. If Akito looked out far enough, she could almost see where the villages were. 

They had all those disgusting people in them, living their disgusting lives. 

   “Bring Hak to me, tell him to come immediately. This is a summons.” She command the maids standing behind her, the leader of the Sohma’s didn’t need to turn round. She knew her orders would be fulfilled.

  ✧ 天才 ✧ “Nnnffg?” The small boy fidgeted a little, bringing his fist to rub the sleep from his eyes as he arched himself into a seated position. Groggily he yawned and stretched, blinking the haze from his eyes.

  “E-eh? Thunder beast? You’re awake already?” Mildly embarrassed that he had fallen asleep on his elder he would have blushed if he weren’t still half asleep. Looking over his shoulder towards the entrance to the tent he noted that the light was still pale, it wouldn’t be morning for a few more hours. “Do you need anything? The wound on your chest is pretty deep...you probably shouldn’t move much. If you open it and make me patch it again I’ll have to kill you myself!”

  His liveliness was coming back as the sleep ebbed from his body and he was already moving to get the thunder beast something to drink.
