pineapple fact I learned in my historic architecture class: the reason so many decorations like stair-rail toppers and pediments above doorways have pineapples (or as my professor called them, 'hospitality pineapples') is because pineapples were considered exotic back in the day and displaying them when guests came over made it seem like you were super rich and dignified

Humming is a stim???? I used to hum literally all the time but people found it annoying... so I started whistling? I guess it's slightly less annoying but I got good at it so that's a plus
Not all humming is necessarily stimming I would say, it depends on why you do it! If it was repetitive and it helped you regulate your sensory intake, then it probably was a stim – and a fun one! same with whistling (I wish I could whistle I would do it all the time)!
