We had to because it started to rain and I had no choice lol. 3 miles 12.08 per mile. We did get caught at 2 lights for about I’m saying 25 sec total so I’m keeping it. So we are at a good pace to get under 11:30 this week at some point. No Back Yard Gym today because it’s raining 😩👍👎😩👎😩👎 But it’s ok.
