Measure your wrist around, use a string then measure the string. For instance, my wrist is 6.5" tight. I like my bracelets loose at 8.5", if the bracelet is chunky it can go up-to a 9-9 1/4".  In my opinion, Small 7 3/4”-8 1/4”.  Medium 8 1/4”-8 3/4”. Large 8 3/4”-9 1/4”.
