Upcycled Birdhouses or Bee/insect Hotel. I took some @davidriosf tins and #upcycled them into #birdhouses. Great activity to do for #Beltane tomorrow :) Items used: - tea/coffee/hot chocolate/chai/ etc tin - rope/ribbon/lace/etc - moss/lichen (the #moss and #lichen used in the making of these birdhouses was hand collected and process by me; and I only collect what it loose on the forest floor) - hot glue - hollowed out reeds/bamboo or rolled up paper/ toilet paper rolls is optional if you’d rather make bee hotels!!!!! - dark paint (optional) Steps: 1. Make sure the tin is cleaned out; 2a. Paint the tins (optional) 2b. Measure and fasten the rope, that you plan to use to hang the birdhouse (or whatever you e chosen to use), to the tin and tie a knot in the top; 3. Start to glue the lichen/moss to the tin with the hot glue; 4a. If you decide to make a bee hotel, this is where you would insert the hollowed out reeds/bamboo/rolled up paper/ toilet paper rolls into the opening of the tin; 4b. So lets talk about something hard: when children have to deal with the supernatural world before they're ready

Okay so we all know that animals and children are more sensitive than the normal adult to these type of things Kids still have their third eye opened, and can sense and see these things Animals will act up, be restless, agitated around them.

So I hear a lot of people saying: they can’t wait to have kids with their witchy partners

Prepare for this I’m telling you as a child who grew up without the aid of another bruja, I saw. And experienced a lot of scary stuff growing up I’m also telling you as a mother to two brujo children Lately it has come to my attention that Something was in my daughters room She dreamt it, she saw it, she sensed it in a certain corner I cleansed the room, blessed it, and wove her a protection blanket. The things gone but now I have to be aware of any activity When your kids come to you, and they’re scared of anything, ANYTHING, pay attention To something under the bed, something outside the Windows. Things like that You have to be the defender of your child against the supernatural world until they are old enough to handle it themselves
