glynda thought she'd be smarter than this! she didn't think she'd be foolish enough to fall for someone who's entire life and personality was nothing more than a lie!

the worst part about it? even if everything about you was a lie, she still loved you! yes, you betrayed her and killed people dear to her, but she still couldn't bring herself to hate you!

you had been with salem ever since you met glynda. when you started working at beacon, you were already helping to prepare for the fall of beacon…

and when it finally came, you knew you had to face off against glynda. it wouldn't be easy, but if anyone could do it, it was you!

glynda had been foolish enough to reveal her weaknesses to you and even train you, so you knew all her best moves! it's something she curses herself for in hindsight…

“i'm sorry that things have to end like this.” you told glynda, after she found you in the ruins of beacon academy, ready to fight her. “i'll make your death quick and painless, if you'll surrender.”

but glynda didn't. despite how defeated she felt in that moment, she still attacked you regardless! she was at her absolute lowest point, but in the end, she came out of this as the winner!

“guess you're not… as bad as i thought…” you joked, panting and out of breath, as glynda pointed her wand at you, ready to cast the final spell if you even dared to move

but before she could finish you off, there were still things she needed to say. things she knew she would regret leaving unsaid

“i thought you loved me. and i truly thought you were the last person who would hurt me.” she confessed, while trying to hold her head high. “i guess this is goodbye, my love. you have given me enough memories to last a lifetime…”

and after a final moment of hesitation, glynda looked into your eyes and did what had to be done; finally killing you!
