it's called rakko ukabe!!! and it's like neko atsume, but with otters. you have a house where you can keep an otter for feeding (thats how you gain levels and friendship) and you have a beach where otters come to visit and play with stuff you put there, and you can rename them however you want

I started playing Rakko Ukabe today which is basically just Neko Atsume with otters. Extremely good. SOMETIMES THE OTTERS HOLD HAND.
