When I was abused, neglected, and bullied as a teen, almost everyone in my life told me I was garbage with their words and actions. They treated me as less than. Less than equal. Less than human. Less than worthy. What I understood by the way I was treated was that I didn’t deserve the things they had. But I am no longer victimized. Now I am empowered. It took me almost my whole life to learn that I am worthy, that I do deserve my heart’s desires, and that my past does not control my future. Please know that you are worthy too. You deserve love, caring, and support. You have the power to design your destiny. You are worthy. 😘

i cannot recommend the documentary ‘happy’ enough. the feeling of empowerment and of change and positivity that it leaves you with is incredible. it’s already encouraged me to become a more tolerant, inspired and appreciative earthling and to create positive change, no matter how small.
