That's awful. I grew up with pranks that were as gentle as putting blue food coloring into a carton of milk. Why do people think they have to do this? I'm so sorry for everyone involved.

yeah see those kind of pranks are harmless fun, this was just cruel. I should add it was online too, back in ye olde daye of messageboards, but it was still so fucked up. I think everyone was fine in the end but I just generally dislike the concept of pranks lmao

1. What did you do in 2017 that you’d never done before?

omg i flew on a plane (technically four because it’s impossible to get a direct flight to virginia but whatev lol) and i did it ALL BY MYSELF i’m still kinda proud and also i love planes now, they’re so fun!

35. Who was the best new person you met?

well i started college so basically everyone that i’ve talked to the last 4 months are new! i’ve made a few friends, but not a lot of close friends bc i don’t really think i’m all that interesting? also i’m such a tiny baby, everyone is AT LEAST in their twenties in my course - and in drama club as well.

36. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2017.

um never do anything ever? that’s like half a joke bc my heart got stomped on, but i guess i learned that i should put myself out there more (which is something i’m trying to do this year) and that i’m probably at least a little more interesting than i give myself credit for, and i need to doubt myself less.

I do! They were in my economics class in college. They had heard of cereal milk ice cream and wanted to make lucky charms marshmallow ice cream. I have no idea how it turned out, but I hope it went well for them!

Saw your school tag post and I just wanna say it's so cool that you're studying art therapy! I considered studying music therapy but didn't think I'd be cut out for it, even though art therapies are such amazing fields. Best of luck to you!

Yes! The Silent Hill mornings are some of my least favorite because it literally feels like giants could walk out and destroy you at any moment and it would not only not be weird but it would be just and righteous because how very dare you.
