hell yeah, the weight gain is frustrating but you should try eating more anyways. it helped me a lot ( i mean eating a lot of veggies and lean meat). take care of yourself!!
i'm trying- like, i do occassionally take carrots to school, etc-
though it's honestly really hard to get over my food aversion- there's a lot that's causing it (anemia, chronic inflammation, my meds, stress, remains of my ed, and so on), so it's hard to eliminate the single cause and be done with it. it just, changes all the time, too. one day i'll eat a lot (or want to), another i'll be having bad hunger pangs for hours but not want to eat, and on another occassion i will want to eat, but only something incredibly specific (yet vague), so i'll end up settling for something i don't want at the moment, as what i want isn't available in the mall by my school- it's frustrating. (like, say, i'll go "i'm starving, and i really want something spicy and chinese, probably noodles, but ONLY that", but the only chinese bar is shit, so i unhappily settle for burger king).
my relationship with food is just- complicated rn
