Have some more angst that I thought of out of nowhere:

The battle started out as brutal as ever. Optimus was off to join the main battle until he was ambushed by Megatron. It began with the usual goading and bloody fists, energon spilled on both sides.

Megatron continues to mock Optimus, waiting on him to start one of his speeches, fully prepared to downplay any attempts of asking him to surrender. All the while laughing at his continued misery.

Until, Optimus just stops. He turns to look at him, and opens his mask. In all the time they’ve spent together, before and during the war, he has never looked so tired

“You will always be one of the greatest things to ever happen to me. But now there’s a crippling shadow in the light where you used to be. You will always be a part of me, but… I’m done saving you”

Idk I kind of just want Megatron to be slapped in the face with the realization that Optimus was always the one trying to reach out to him. That it was always him reaching out his hand in the dark waiting for him to reach back. Even after saying the events above, he still hopes. He won’t be chasing anymore, but that doesn’t mean he stopped waiting (Megs probably has like an epiphany about this, but of course FEELINGS is not his strong suit)

The atmosphere in the battlefield takes an obvious shift. Sure they don’t attack if the opponent can’t fight back or surrenders to eagerly join the other faction’s cause, but Optimus is more silent now. If they thought he was more stoic when wearing the mask, he’s so much more colder now. He still engages with the other autobots, but they can tell that something happened. The smile he puts on for them looks like it carried the weight of the world. And in his case, it did.

Then something happens that they needed to join forces for (imagine unicron or quintesson level threats). And they begrudgingly try and work together. Needless to say it was awkward for both parties (especially since the decepticon leader can’t seem to take his eyes off the Prime who is sternly avoiding eye contact as much as possible)

Johnny has all of Simon's freckles memorized at this point. He once drew Simon because he missed him so badly (his boyfriend was deployed, what can the man do 😔) and Simon comes back slightly horrified to the hundred or so sketches of him, all of different parts of his body. All coloured in and labeled too.

Just Johnny pouncing on his boyfriend when he gets back home, nuzzling right into the reincarnated furnace and Simon sitting there, horrified by the fact that Johnny devotion runs deeper than he thought.

like. having his kind of mindset means you are either perfect or the worst, no in between

its pretty black and white thinking yes but its towards oneself only, not towards any other individuals irl

it makes sense for him to be "flawless" because well. he doesn't accept anything below that from himself🤷🏻he sets the bar for himself impossibly high and he is doomed to beat himself up for never reaching it, thats the point

now that i think every concept at some point is incredibly limiting once you know. subsequently i thought ND/AV was not for me, i thought maybe LOA would be better yet again. i was wrong, incredibly wrong.

as infinite.ko’s koda said “when you see it, you can’t unsee” somewhere along those lines; it’s true. i thought of going back to LOA, while knowing “ ” only exists. it’s kind of funny when everything is a seeming appearance of what you’re aware of, “i think i need something, i need to get something, i need to do something” there’s this constant need, a lack of, frustration, suffering that i’m trying to get rid of. When you take a step back, you just see how well orchestrated this dream is, everything seems so mystical (@eternallyilluminated you have altered my brain chem 🫡 ). “strip every label” for once, just observe, remove every label you’ve given to yourself, to everything literally, see what’s left, what is still there?

The key is, once you experience “ ” there’s no going back, because it’s just a little game in the end. what are you striving for? what are you trying so hard for? what are you suffering for? when you exist so effortlessly, does god, even that is kind of limiting the best way to say is “ ” so indescribable, inexplicable something which unfathomable “worry” “try” “get” something?

WIP of the study on ancient Chinese mytology , I'm having fun! :D

I started to read about the Xia Dynasty and ended up in ancient mythology , I think it's needed to get china better!

I'll change the composition, I just want to showcase the main figures of the ancient myths in one drawing somehow, then from that base the design of the Xia Dynasty (probably an animal) ,followed by Shang Dynasty, Zhou Dynasty, warring states period and Qin Dynasty . (and Song Dynasty ... maybe also Xiongnu , ancestors of the Huns, attacking them)

It's fun to see that in a lot of religions all start with a chaotic universe and then the spitting on the sky and earth! (Ying and Yang in this case) (also Pangu comes from an egg, Taiji, I find that funny)

Also floods are a recurring problem? Sumer , Egypt and now also Xia with Yu the great solving flood problems , I find it neat! Makes me wonder is the great flood in the bible was just a particular bad flood in ancient times...

Also Nüwa made people from clay... where did I hear that before ... hmmmm Prometheus

Side note, not to offend anyone but the concept of being of wanting to be "simblr famous" is super cringe to me. Like I love ya'll, I love this place but it is and will always be where I go for my most nonsense of creative projects.

Nothing I do here is serious. That's kind of the point. My life outside of here is very rigid so I come to simblr to be my most frivolous self.

As much as I hate the idea of June going back to being a handmaid after this, i think it would be cool if June, Rita, and Serena teamed up to take giliad down from the inside. As much as I hate Serena it would come in handy and could help to have someone that can get close to the commanders and wives with zero suspicion and talk to the wives as equals. Then all the major groups, the wives, handmaids, and Martha’s could all work together. After this finale it’s obvious that Serena agrees with June that it’s not safe for kids in giliad, any kids. If she wasn’t sure of that she wouldn’t have given Nicole up without a fight. I think she might be willing to help at least get the kids out of giliad. And no I’m not asking for redemption for Serena, she can sacrifice herself for the greater good or something but she could be a means to an end if she’s willing to help.
