I'm feeling down; woke up feeling crap this morning so I didn't go to the gym then I was just on my phone all day on tik tok (honestly where is my life I dont know where it went) then got excited waiting for the boyfriend to come home! Got excited when he came through the door and then we napped and after I napped woke up to him saying he was going to go on a walk with a friend and somehow they ended up at the pub... surprise surprise. Then when they came back his friend went home to eat and we waited for our pizza, my boyfriend tells me of an ex friend being friends with another ex friend. So I tell my friends and he got shitty at me for telling said friends because he doesn't trust one of them.

Then I said something along the lines of "I shouldn't say something like that cause somehow it gets back to ex friends" In our group chat but she said she doesn't talk to anyone in that group, and now it's all quiet and

Am I the arsehole in this situation or am I just overthinking everything?

Sorry if this is a rambling mess I'm just moody, I just came off my period, ive been in the house all day by myself and now night.
