How to make authentic Japanese ramen, the differences between different ramens, Tonkotsu ramen, Tonkotsu Kuro Ma-yu Ramen, Tonkotsu Soy sauce Ramen, Miso ramen, Spicy miso ramen, salt tare, miso tare, soy sauce tare, cha-syu, boiled eggs for ramen, all about ramen noodles, among other things we learned today. So many steps to assemble a good ramen. After seeing all this I admire ramen chefs for the work they do. Every day learning so many new things makes me think how little I knew before coming here.
