I wish we had been able to see Ezri's zhian'tara

I regularly wonder what Ezri would have been told by the past Dax hosts at her zhian'tara, specifically Jadzia.

And who would embody Jadzia? My first thought was Kira, but I almost feel like that wouldn't be the case because Kira and Jadzia were so close that it would probably have been incredibly hard for her (ahem, HOW close depends on whether or not you ship Kiradax). The more I think about it, the more I actually think Benjamin would have embodied Jadzia because of his deep bond with Dax over three lifetimes. Odo probably would've volunteered for Curzon again, which leaves Jadzia as the Dax Benjamin knew.

As to what Jadzia would have told Ezri, I feel like she would have first apologized for Ezri being forced to join in the first place. But I think she would ultimately give her advice like a big sister would on how to navigate the joining, how to find her place in it, and how to deal with the awkwardness from those around her who only knew Jadzia.

Curious as to everyone's thoughts!

How I think the DS9 characters would have reacted to Ezri’s zhian’tara, with no rhyme or reason as to why, I just thought it would be fun, a lil treat

Sisko: Super enthusiastic and excited about talking to Jadzia again, may tell Curzon not to be such a douchenozzle, and also maybe he shouldn’t volunteer for murder hobo again

Kira: Would love to see her girlfriend best friend Jadzia again for gossiping and holosuite fun times as much as Kira would never admit she enjoys holosuites, also wants to say sorry about the whole dying in the temple thing (not a great look for the Prophets)

Ezri: Wants to know what the fuck those letters are and why they’re arranged in that order, holy shit she did not sign up for multiple personalities and voices in her head much less for them to possess the bodies of the living, what fresh hell is this

Odo: I can haz Curzon again?

Julian: A little too eager to ask Jadzia exactly what Ezri meant when she said, “If Worf hadn’t come along, it would’ve been you.”

Miles: Totally chill about everything, Tobin would be fine with him, just leave his nails alone maybe.

Worf: Ambivalent because while he loves Jadzia and would want to talk to her, he also knows she is being honored in Sto’vo’kor as a magnificent warrior who died an honorable death, and it is not his place to disrupt that.

Garak: Volunteers for murder hobo.

Quark: Won’t volunteer for embodiment after Jadzia tricked him into being Audrid, but also wants to win back the latinum Ezri said he owed her.

Leeta: Will volunteer to do flippy flips again :)
