A day in Duchess's life
I will soon have that menu in my hands (Muahahahahahaa), methods will not be reveled, but anyways this makes me really curious about the other tasks he will be leaving us for the semester, he did say something about having to go to restaurants either accompanied or alone, and doing something there. but really I want to know!!!
Other thing that I am excited about this class is that we will be using kitchen series to learn theory and strategies, and all of then staring no less than the one, the great and awesome Ramsay Gordon!! YESS!! Hell's kitchen for learning!! YAY! I knew they would come in handy one day >:3 what he said afterwards kinda left some cold sweat on my back, he said depending on us the class could be Hell's classroom or not.
I don't know if taking this as something really awesome or not... we shall see.
we will also be reading a book per week for this class (YAY) the titles do look quite appealing, I just finished the first one, a really famous book titled "Who moved my cheese?" about adapting to change.
I really recommend to read it, it's really short, but enriching at the same time, I believe most people often forget that fables we were bought as children actually carry really important life lessons that may help us thorough many occasions, and that re-reading this fables when you are older make you realize this as well as adapting the morals behind the stories.
